- 2-6 years of experience in business development in IT-Consulting / offshore software development services for National/International market.
- Managing new Clients for offshore software development services projects, managed services
- Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from market research, data mining, Lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy
- Well versed with emerging software technologies and trends.
- Identify potential business partners, research, explore opportunities for partnerships
- Meeting and exceeding where possible, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills essential.
